• Nov 18th: 11AM to 7 PM
• Nov 19th: 10 AM to 5 PM
• Nov 20th: 10 AM to 5 PM

Shop from local B.C. artisans this year at this seasonal artisan market, juried to ensure the highest quality, handcrafted creations. This family-friendly winter shopping extravaganza is FREE to attend and features entertainment from local emerging performers. When you’re done with shopping, take a short walk around Deer Lake Park, located right beside the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts. Don’t miss out on this celebration of the arts this winter!

The Deer Lake Craft Festival has been adding sparkle to the holiday season in Burnaby for 50 years!

The Burnaby Arts Council presents the annual winter Deer Lake Craft Festival from November 18 to 20, 2022 at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts.

Shop over 40+ local B.C. artisans this year at this seasonal artisan market, juried to ensure the highest quality, handcrafted creations. We’ll be introducing a diverse mix of artisans from glass blowers, sculptors, patissiers, jam makers, fashion, and jewelry designers, and many more. Craft and community are the heart of this festival, you’ll get the chance to get to know each artisan and their personal stories.

As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s clear that the arts are essential to our well-being. It brings us together, in-person or online. At the Burnaby Arts Council, we’re inspired by the unique identity carved out by the Burnaby arts community and work to amplify their stories. Art cultivates a community, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to ours through this annual winter artisan market.
