Mon Paris

Mon Paris, an authentic French pastry shop in the heart of Burnaby is back to impress you. Chef Elena Krasnova is celebrating Easter in a form of art. Colorful egg-shaped chocolates with dry fruits and caramelized nuts inside. Taste the sweetness of the milk chocolate with a perfect crunchy texture from the dried fruits. If you love dark chocolate- These eggs are totally customizable.

Let yourself indulge in cute chick-shaped chocolate and lollipops, also a perfect gift for children. Mon Paris also offers a pastry package that comes in different quantities. One item that is worth checking is their Triple Chocolate Croissant. A croissant with Belgian chocolate served in three different ways; a luscious custard and melted dark chocolate filling, finished with a milk chocolate dip, truly a triple chocolate threat. Note that the Triple Chocolate Croissant is also available from April 8 – 9. Mon Paris is closed on Mondays, and online and in-store order are both available.

Chez Christophe

To commemorate their 10th anniversary, Chez Christophe is announcing their Easter collection with a bang! Starting April 1st, you can drool over their 10th anniversary Easter Egg, 5 of which will include a golden ticket inside. This golden ticket will include a prize of a group chocolate making class for 2 valued at $250 on a date to be announced at a later time. Not to mention, a popular treat, “Bunny Butt” is making its comeback- Carrot cake, raspberry confit, dark chocolate cream cheese mousse on a hazelnut crumble base. This will be available on April 7th and 8th only.

Additionally, their Easter-themed travel cake, “Carrot Cake” is a carrot hazelnut cake, filled with cinnamon ganache, and glazed with dark chocolate and caramelized hazelnut pieces. The travel cake is available in-store only at both Chez Christophe’s locations.

Purdy’s Chocolatier

Who isn’t familiar with Purdy’s Chocolatier? At this point, it is probably BC’s biggest chocolate shop chain.
