Let’s face it: cooking a full, traditional, tried-and-true holiday meal is an exhausting feat. If you’re not up to the challenge this year – or if you’re keeping your holiday circle small and intimate – why not let the pros do the dirty work? If you’re hosting a large gathering we’ve listed a few catering companies to save the day with inventive holiday meals available for pre-order. If dining out is more your thing, I’ve found a selection of restaurants across Metro Vancouver serving up hot holiday meals at a variety of price points and ambiances.
