Let’s face it: cooking a full, traditional, tried-and-true holiday meal is an exhausting feat. If you’re not up to the challenge this year – or if you’re keeping your holiday circle small and intimate – why not let the pros do the dirty work? If dining out is more your thing, I’ve found a selection of restaurants across Metro Vancouver serving up hot holiday meals at a variety of price points and ambiances.

A festival Holiday set menu includes Rosemary Focaccia with Honey Chili Butter, Turkey or Beet Wellington, and plenty of unique, show stopping side dishes. This menu is for a minimum of 4.

Do you typically host large holiday gatherings? Consider putting your feet up this year, and opt for catering. Ritz catering in Langley, BC has two holiday catering menus— packages can include delivery and set up buffet style, or individually packaged meals. Choose from a Traditional Hot Holiday lunch or dinner menu, or a Festive Hot Holiday lunch or dinner menu. Both come with multiple courses and vegetarian options. Seasons in the Park
If you’re going to rid yourself of cooking and hosting duties this year, why not do so in gorgeous Queen Elizabeth Park? With set menus available for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Seasons in the Park never seizes to be an excellent option for high-end occasion dining. The Christmas Eve prix-fixe menu starts at 4 pm at $65 per person and the Christmas Day prix-fixe menu at $98 per person begins at 3 pm.
