Meet in Burnaby Update
The Meet in Burnaby team extends an invitation to hotel sales wishing to attend sales missions and tradeshows this year. Tourism Burnaby has funding in place to cover fees and accommodations for most events (see partial list below). Contact Brad for more information.
A short update on all things Meet in Burnaby:
November saw Meet In Burnaby attend the PCMACIC Conference in Niagara Falls. A number of great contacts were made and appointments set for tours of the hotel properties in February. With the Experience BC Group Meet In Burnaby hosted a lunch in Toronto for invited guests which included current clients and potential clients. The Hotel Partners and Tourism Burnaby also met to discuss the past year and plan for 2023.
2023 starts a busy year as Meet In Burnaby will be attending many conferences covering all markets, Meetings, Conferences, Incentive Travel etc. First up is the PCMA Convening Leaders Conference in Columbus, Ohio and finishing with Go West in Edmonton. I am thrilled to say that we will have two of our Hotel Partners joining us at the Go West Conference in Edmonton which will certainly provide a greater resource for us.
