Applications Now Open for Burnaby Halloween Festival Event Grant

This new funding stream is aimed at providing financial support to event production companies and organizations interested in participating in the second annual month-long festival in Burnaby, Canada. MAJOR EVENT GRANTS
For established event production companies operating at least one year with a targeted minimum attendance of 15,000 visitors during the event. Grant Use: project/event/program and operating costs related to the event. Applicants may apply for up to one Major Event Grant to a maximum 25% of their annual operating budget from $15,000.00 to $35,000.00.
Application submission deadline: June 30th, 2023.
SPECIAL CATEGORY GRANTS
For events that align with the Burnaby Halloween Festival's strategy to provide a diverse and exciting experience for locals and visitors. Grant Use: operating or marketing costs related to the event. Applicants may apply for only one Special Category Grant from $5000.00 to $10,000.00.
Application submission deadline: August 15th, 2023.
COMMUNITY ACTIVATION GRANTS
For smaller neighbourhood and community events that help spread the spirit of the Burnaby Halloween Festival throughout the city. Grant Use: operating or marketing costs related to the event. Community Activation Grant from a minimum $3,000.00 to a maximum $7,000.00.
