It’s movie magic time! Summer Cinema kicks off at Confederation Park on August 2 and continues at Civic Square on Friday evenings this August. Bring a blanket or chair, some movie snacks and enjoy the show. Free admission! Events takes place rain or shine. Movies start at 8:15 pm.

Friday, August 16 – Barbie

Friday, August 23 – Wonka

Friday, August 30 – Sonic 2

Free underground parking is available at the Bob Prittie Metrotown library, and there are also portable washrooms on-site. 

Arrive early for a double feature of fun!

Costumed characters from each of the movies will be making appearances. Who will you spot in the audience? Come dressed in costume and get ready to have a blast!
