BCIT Recreation Services features a variety of indoor and outdoor recreational facilities, including a first-rate gymnasium that can accommodate eight badminton, and two basketball or three volleyball courts. BCIT is regularly used for badminton, martial arts, table tennis and other various indoor sports events.

Three tennis courts, an outdoor basketball court, a sports field, a fitness trail, as well as a 396-metre track offer opportunities for outdoor recreation. Complete shower facilities, change and locker rooms are available.
